ME by Call Design enhances the scheduling capabilities of Aspect Workforce Management by bringing them to iOS devices. By connecting the ME app with your WFM system, your agents gain access to the following features:

• Schedule ME:
• • View your schedule anytime, anywhere using the Schedule View Function
• Request ME:
• • Apply for time off through the Leave Request function and receive feedback via Notifications. Check request status using the Request Viewer Function
• Trade ME:
• • Exchange shifts using the Schedule Trade function and receive notifications for seamless coordination with colleagues
• Notify ME:
• • Stay informed about schedule changes through integration with Aspect Notification Server
  • Measure personal performance with the Agent Productivity Function

The app seamlessly integrates with Aspect Workforce Management, ensuring that all scheduling adjustments, leave requests, and trade requests comply with standard Aspect WFM protocols. Additionally:

• Customize calendar colors through the Aspect WFM system
• Adapt calendar item names to align with your specific business requirements

Moreover, ME offers a training mode that functions offline, enabling users to explore its features without a connection to Aspect Workforce Management. To access training mode, leave the username and password fields blank when prompted.
